Workspace

The Centre includes workspace suitable for high-tech, manufacturing, light industry or office based businesses. There are 35 rental units ranging from 300 to 2,000 square feet and all have car parking facilities and access to high-speed internet connections.

We also have a new state-of-the-art office complex, Innovation House, especially for ICT businesses. The complex has spacious office suites ranging in size from 297 to 601 square feet, which can be rented individually or in groups. It offers an excellent communications infrastructure with free, high speed internet access, a secure entry system and 24-hour CCTV.

Administrative support

Our tenants can also use our extensive range of administrative support services, including photocopying, faxing, franking facilities, internet access and word processing facilities. We also offer a virtual accommodation address service to businesses looking to locate in the area without actually renting workspace.
