Need training or conference facilities?
Now and then businesses may need a little extra space to hold an event, carry out training or host an important meeting. Down Business Centre has a number of conference, training and meeting rooms available for hourly, half-day, full day or evening bookings. We can also provide an ICT suite and have an on-site diner that can look after your catering requirements. All our meeting and conference rooms are equipped with high speed internet access. You will also have the use of a data projector, computer, and flip chart if required. Our rooms can be hired by any business, not just our tenants. We offer a full back-up service including a dedicated member of our team to help you with specific needs that you may have on the day. We also have a marketing professional on hand to help you organise your event. That includes sending out invitations, actively promoting the event, monitoring attendance, producing name badges, registering delegates, and helping you ensure the smooth running of the event on the day. |

Conference room
This modern, multi-purpose suite will accommodate small conferences, seating 60 guests theatre style. The room can also be set up board room style to suit large business meetings and classroom style to suit training sessions.
Training rooms
Two modern training rooms are available for smaller training sessions, board meetings or interviews. |

If you require refreshments for your meeting or event, whether tea and coffee or a buffet lunch, please notify our Down Business Centre staff in advance and we will be happy to cater for your individual requirements |
